The acknowledgment of the work
C de V is made from a blend of a very limited yield of Albariño, Treixadura and Loureira carefully handpicked from selected vines.
Fermented at low temperature (16 °) and aged with its lees for 6 months. It has an intense aroma of ripe fruit (pear, apple), wild flowers and a touch of honey. It has broad, fleshy, palate balanced with a long aftertaste.
Apparence: Straw-yellow colour.
Aroma: Intense aromas of ripe fruit (pear, apple), wild flowers with hints of honey coming through.
Taste: Full and fleshy palate, with good balance and lingering finish.
Serving temperature: 10-12 ºC.
Food pairing: It goes perfectly with fish, seafood, pasta, vegetables.
