With lees taken from the best deposits and preselected free-run juice, a long aging potent wine of great intensity is produced.
Without losing its varietal character, it is aboundant in ripe and candied fruit, with hints of toasted almonds, figs and honey. This makes it one of Adegas Valtea's best contributions to the winemaking scenery.
Apparence: Golden colour, clean and bright.
Aroma: Delicious aromas of ripe and jammy fruit, toasted almond, figs and honey.
Taste: Silky mouth-feel, fleshy with persistent aftertaste.
Serving temperature: 11-13 ºC.
Food pairing: This wine can be enjoyed with fish, seafood, white meats, cures and semicured cheeses, smoked food and pasta.
